Complaint procedure

Complaint procedure:

Each course participant has the right to complain about the course. The complaint should be submitted within 7 days from the end of the course via the complaint form on the www.zszywalnia.pl website. The company Pasmanteria Krakowska SPJ (the owner of the School of Sewing - "Stapling") undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of notification. After a positive consideration of the complaint by the substantive supervisor and the organizational coordinator of the training at the School of Sewing - "Zszywalnia" based on the opinion of the tutors and lecturers and examining all documents, the client has the right to take another course free of charge, which the complaint concerns, at the indicated time by the organizer after the acceptance of the participant who advertised the course.

Śmiało mogę polecić szkołę zszywalnia. Odbyłem kursy od podstaw w bardzo miłej atmosferze, dużo praktycznej wiedzy i umiejętności.

Jestem kompletnym laikiem i nie mam cierpliwosci do maszyny do szycia. Dzieki temu kursowi nabralam pewnosci i zaczelam od drobnych prac na maszynie. Bedzie coraz lepiej 🙂

Kurs przeprowadzony wzorowo od nauki podstaw : pomiar, przygotowanie formy po wykrój i szycie. Wiedza została przekazana w sposób przystępny i zrozumiały w bardzo miłej atmosferze. Polecam każdemu kto chce zainwestować w siebie i rozpocząć przygodę z szyciem i modą.

Bardzo profesjonalnie przeprowadzony kurs. Od przygotowania – narysowania indywidualnej formy do wykończenia całej sukienki. Sukienka noszona, a więc efekt wspaniały 🙂
